SAFE & SECURE PAPERWORK
You're one step closer to joining the Dragon Academy family. We are incredibly grateful to have you join our team. Please read each document carefully to ensure that all sections are completed accurately and submitted.
STEP 1
Go through each document within this section and complete all required fields to the best of your ability. These must be submitted within 72 hours of accepting your offer of employment and before your start date.
STEP 2
Below is a list of items that need to be emailed to info@dragonacademyllc.com so they can be added to your employment file.
DRIVERS LICENSE
We need a copy of your current Driver’s License or ID Card.
SOCIAL SECURITY
We need a copy or screen shot of your S.S. card.
MANDATORY TRAINING
We need a copy of your 10 hour training confirmation.
CPR / FIRST AID CERT.
We need a copy of your CPR and first aid certification.
FIRE SAFETY CERT.
We need a copy of your Georgia fire safety certification.
